I went to Rossview Farm in Concord and the clouds helped keep the heat down. Picked 5 lbs of Strawberries and eat an unlimited amount of berries.  I am glad that there isn’t a pre wiegh and a check out measurement of Bodyfat. A great day!

Davidson road to Cote hill Road, a 2 mph uphill and a 35mph descent down Bear Hill Road.

I’ve been riding my trike and logging in some recumbent miles.  I ran into Dave Levine from Bradford who is related to a woman from my synagogue.  Small world.
