Goldberg Nutritional Wellness LLC is sponsoring a weight loss challenge in the capital region of NH. I have advertised on Craigslist and got my first caller tonight. She did not register tonight,however she has friends in the Manchester area who may be interested. These challenges are great for a few reasons,1. learn information about nutrition and weight loss in a twelve week group setting. 2. use any weight loss strategy/program of your choice 3.lose weight with others in a supportive setting 4. person who loses the most weight each week wins a prize 5. money from registration is donated to a non profit selected by the group 6. money is awarded to the individuals who lose the most weight over the 12 weeks 7.LOSE WEIGHT AND FEEL GREAT
